How Planet Geek LLC's text-message program works.

Program & message types

Planet Geek LLC sends SMS text messages to customers who have requested service and opted in — to confirm appointments and site visits, send scheduling and arrival updates, share service and follow-up notifications, and answer questions about active jobs. These are transactional, account/service-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program unless you separately opt in to marketing.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Planet Geek LLC when you (a) check the “text me” SMS consent box on our service-request form, (b) select “Text message” as your preferred contact method when booking, or (c) provide your mobile number and verbally or in writing agree to text updates while scheduling service. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out & help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 480-766-0025 or info@planetgeekllc.com.

Privacy

Planet Geek LLC collects your name and mobile number solely to communicate with you about your service. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Message content and consent data are used only to operate this messaging program and provide the service you requested. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes; the only data shared is with the messaging provider (e.g. Twilio) strictly to deliver your messages.
